Well, there were a lot of self-doubts & blocks, which were created due to my insecurities, one of them was my fear of riding a bike, I felt I would have an accident & never rode a bike. I have been driving a car for more than a decade. All my friends knew about this fear, through boot camp 2.0 I faced my fear & overcame it. I started taking bike riding lessons & am able to ride a scooty. In the future too, I have full confidence that I will overcome my fears. It's so simple, trust the system that's what Capt. Harsh said. And I did. Now with the new confidence I take on the next step ... life's a journey, was taking baby steps ... now it's time to run.

Sea and Beyond has been very helpful in providing assistance for getting admission in EM Normandie. The process was very smoothly handled and Neha ma'am was always available in case of any doubt. First I would like to thank the entire team of Sea & Beyond and Captain Gaurav Rana for assisting me with the entire process. He spent close to 1 hour on a call with me explaining the pros and cons of various courses, which helped me to finalize MEL at Erasmus University

Being a seafarer, it gets confusing to know the options and choose the correct one to move ashore, Sea and beyond conducted various webinars with various colleges which helped me to choose the MEL programmed at Erasmus University. 
 

I am a non-mariner and always wanted to get into shipping courses. I wasn't aware how could I get and the process to follow. Through proper mentoring, I got to know about Kedge Business School and got into it with FULL LOAN granted with help of S&B. I really like to give thanks to the Sea and Beyond for their meritorious guidance. Special thanks to Madhura Mam and Gaurav Sir both have guided me to each, and every possible way and they have acquainted me the new way to my career with an esteemed institution. With regard to Pole Star webinar, it was great to be part of one its kind webinars highlighting the need to look beyond the mind set of "Job finding". Sea & Beyond's initiative in this direction is commendable and especially Capt. Gaurav Rana's and Capt. Harsh's contribution to seafarer's community. The team can understand the competitive strategy and possesses a deep understanding of how seafarers can look beyond the metal structure they work on. Earlier, only a few seafarers were able to grab the opportunity of upgrading their skills as there was no direction upon reaching the pinnacle of their sea career. But with such forums, your team has been able to reach out to larger audience enabling them to tap their highest potential. Let me thank you for the awesome program. 
 

Hello everyone, I walked in to the bootcamp Find your Pole ? with some blockages in my mind which were holding me back. I strongly believe speed is directly proportional to clarity. I also knew I would get solution here because I have attended Capt. Harsh's webinars with Sea and Beyond in past wherein he has provided that much needed clarity to me. In this bootcamp I discovered my intention statement, and having it so clear with me now if I don't act on it then I'd be a fool. On Monday (day after the course ended), I enrolled myself for a Diploma course on counseling and family therapy and on Wednesday I've decided to start my own career counseling setup. But thank you Capt. Harsh for helping me with that needed clarity. And Thank you Sea and Beyond, Capt. Gaurav Rana for hosting this much needed program which would empower the seafarer community.
